I am starting a new mod that will partain of at least one quest and one new item of some kind. It will also partane of at least one new town/city/settelment (I can not make up my mind about witch on yet) that is completly under ground.

I would like suggestions as to what this place should contain, sort of like a wish list for this place. This will give me a general idea about what will make this mod a great mod.
