Alright, so I'm trying to run Daggerfall after downloading it successfully and all of a sudden, the system displays a message about how it can't detect the CD, which I don't even possess, since I downloaded the game as abandonware from http://theelderscrolls.wiwiland.net/?title=Daggerfall_:_DaggerfallSetup_EN
I also have the zip file downloaded from the official TES website, so I tried to make my game run without a CD by altering the .cfg, moving the arena2 folder from the TES website zip version (essentially using it as a CD) to the game directory's arena2 and creating a .bat file according to the instructions, to no avail. So now I'm looking for alternatives; Is there any other way to fix this? Any help would be very appreciated!
