Mod Request: Looking for a good primary needs mod : IV

I'm getting back into Morrowind/Oblivion/Fallout 3 and in regards to Oblivion, I was looking for a good mod that added eat/sleep/drink needs to the game and was wondering if somebody could point me to a good mod that did that? I'm going to be running the game with FCOM installed as well as COBL.

All the Real mods are pretty good for primary needs. Real Hunger and Real Thirst COBL have been especially designed with COBL in mind.

I use Tyler's Hungry, Thirsty, Sleepy Tired, and I'm happy with it. It is on TES Nexus.
