CTD problems, modlist, help please!

Okay, I don't ask for help often, so frustrated. I can't for the life of me get my list of mods to work. Always CTD just as its about to get into the game. This is my list:

(Any help appreciated spend so many hours trying to figure it out =( )

Fairly short list so we should be able to fix it quickly.

1. ATM no mounted spellcasting apart from the flea's original mod from 2007 is compatible with deadly reflex. believe me, I am horse fan and DR fan, so I regret to say get rid of Mounted_Spellcasting Deadly Reflex Compatible.esp
2. I am not sure but All Natural - Real Lights.esp might require All Natural esm file to be present and active, so try without it, if necessary start new game without it. I thik this is the reason for your CTDs. In general I'd recommend All Natural 0.9.9.5 over Natural Weather as it is new generation mod with better script, graphics etc.
3. Attack and hide has 2.1 versions with more bug fixes (nothing to do with your CTDs but thought you might want to know.)
4. Leviathan Soulgems.esp is integrated in OOO so the stand-alone esp is redundant
5. Midas Spells has OOO patch, I recommend you get it.
6. Unofficial patches. I see you've chosen not to use them. Big mistake. They are all carefully designed mods fixing thousands of discrepancies, conflicts and omissions of Bethesda developers. Besides Knights is sure to clash with MOU overhaul (i.e. MMM+OOO) you are trying to make work without the UOMP patch
7. MMM has dozens of nice modules that will make your game richer and more fun. there is a patch for Knights as well, get it.
8. Make sure you've got latest versions of all mods you use.
9. You'd better remove OOO-WaterFish.esp and use MMM Diverse Waterlife.esp - richer, better.

Then, how about my favorite method of hunting down the culprit?
Untick Bashed patch, try to load. If not - untick 5 mods, try, and so on, until you find out whichmod causes it.

incidentally, did you try to delete your Oblivion.ini and start the game so it generates a new one?
