Heavily modded Oblivion and kvatch quest

The Kvatch courtyard issue is well known i think . The problem is that when you've killed all the creatures in the courtyard the quest won't update .The vanilla oblivion script counts the creatures you kill but apparently with mods that add new creatures the script won't work
When you try to talk to savlian matius he says "charge the courtyard leave non of them standing"
at this point you're forced to update the quest using a command but my question is:

Is there any patch that would fix this?

Fcom and all that kind of mods that add creatures are made by professionals of this comunity and yet a bug in the MAIN QUEST is still there.

This happens every time for me too. I just go in the castle, kill the creatures, get the count's ring, give it to Savlian and the quest updates from there. Works fine that way every time.

This is as annoying as when you charge the castle and there are creatures on the battlement and Savlian will not tell you to get the gate key. I then have to console kill the creartures in the battlements.

Once you kill all the monsters, enter "setstage MS49 70" into the command console.

I've heard of this, but never, ever, in for years of modded oblivion, and doing that bloody quest countless times has this ever happened to me :shrug:

There's a fix on a private forum, not sure if I should give the link to the file. The last post mentions trying to get it included in the Unofficial patch, or merging it into OOO/MMM

That post was on June 15th so if there have been any updates on any of those mods since then it might be included.

Well believe me i use the latest vesrions of OOO MMM FCOM and all but it looks like the fix is not there it would be very helpfull if you could post that link please

Oh yeah there's one more thing similar to this (vanilla scripts refusing to work
First one is:
In an oblivion gate (one with 3 sigil towers) the bridges won't extend no matter what
Second one:
In areas where rocks should fall down from cliffs it doesn't happen

A shot in the dark, but maybe bashing the scripts is causing an issue. I have not run into this so can't test. But you may want to try rebuilding your bashed patch without the scripts option and see if that makes any difference.
