Among the screenshots we already saw, there is one that is called "Mountains of Skyrim"! It looks really cool, and real! Is that really a screenshot or is someone messing with our heads!

It's a screen shot from in-game. Bethesda has confirmed it on various occasions.

If you look close enough at the detail, you can tell it's a screen shot to be honest.

It says composite so it's several screenshots stitched together,

Yeah, look at the new gameplay trailer from today, their 'LOD' type draw distance management is AWSOME in this engine. It's some of the best I have ever seen. It dulls down the far away stuff to almost look like a drawing, but it's all ingame and really there.

They look impressive, but it seems fitting with the "epic reality" that Todd has been shooting for. It's definitely a in game screenshot.
