Hope you guys can help me with something that's bugging me.

Is there a way to remove the constant effect abilities (those listet in the last tab in the spell menu) added by mods and/or base game?

I've got a bunch of those constant effects after completing quests etc but I'm now way overpowered and would like to even the score a bit.

One way to counter being too overpowered would be to up the difficulty slider...

Don't know of any mods making that possible. I think it would be easiest to nerf/tweak the effects in the Construction Set for those particular mods.
