He, or rather It, is black and green strings on 1s and 0s. :D

Nah, Sithis would be only 0, while his anuiel would be 1. The grey maybe would compose of the 1s and 0s.

As the Dark Brotherhood knows him? Like Mephala laughing his/her ass off.

As it really is? Is it even possible to know what Nothing looks like? Do you think that Chaos would take a form long enough for you to remember it?

"He" looks like the color black. Or white. Or gray. Or...nothing at all. Sithis IS nothing. The Sithis worshipped by the Dark Brotherhood doesn't exist, and they are too small a group to create him with the power of their belief.

The colors you described, by having a name and visual effect are Something thus he is not those either. he is simply a being beyond description or a being that has a description that we can not fathom n a 3 or 4 dimensional space.

Sithis is not a guy with scythe, he's not a guy at all. That was my point. The statue in the shrine to Sithis has nothing to do with the DB itself, anyway. That, and it might be a statue of Lorkhan. He's got a hole in its chest even a missing face (for missing god) to boot. And if you know he looks like that, a statue from a tiny mod, then why ask?

If that statue does not at least represent him, why does he reward you through it?

Do we know for sure that is Sithis then?
I believe more that it's a statue of Lorkhan then one of Sithis.

Figure that out, spore dreams is not to be messed with.

Now I'm offline for 11 days going to the Medival Week in Gotland/Sweden.
