So if you upgrade a command post and the other team takes your command post, do they get that upgrade to?

If they dont but still take the command post will you have to upgrade it again while your taking it?

I'm under the impression that you have to buff it every time you capture it.

After all in the video it says that a command post can only be upgraded after it has been captured, doesn't it?
