dragon steak

As the only person capable of bringing down a dragon, I wonder if there will be opportunities to exploit this advantage in game.

For example, as your fame grows will certain folk seek you out looking for various dragon parts, and prepared to pay a premium.

A master armorer wanting the scales, an assassin wanting the blood, a necromancer wanting the bones, a restaurateur wanting the meat

I'm sure there could be others too

(pc as in player character btw... it's not a console bashing thread!)

Possible, even likely, although from the trailer we see that the dragon goes up in flames, leaving nothing but skeleton behind, so dragon steaks probably wont be on the menu. Dragon teeth, bones, and such things probably will be though.

After seeing the trailer, I'm wondering whether there will be anything left of the dragon at all. At the end, where the dragonborn absorbs the power of the dragon, the body seems to burn itself to ash. No body, no meat, scales, bones, blood, hide, nothing left. The GI article implied the same thing; the body burns itself to ash from the inside out.

From what we saw from the trailer, Dragons dissolve in fire and soul-ness, and only the bones were left.

I think I would take a small slice of sirloin for later before performing the ritual :D

The whole ritual of absorbing the soul might be optional of course. Once you've got a couple of dragon shouts you might fancy a flask of that dragon blood poison out of the next one

Maybe we'll get to take some dragon bone, but I don't know about the meat. :P

Anywho, a master of destruction magic could go toe to toe with a dragon...if they needed to.
