I was thinking of possibly an Imperial Admiral, stuck on Vvardenfell what with the whole ring of fire, and acting as the head of the Legion forces on the island. Maybe use Varus as a supporting character?
fine with me, aslong as you give a good reason why, maybe because its his duty as the highest ranking Imperial on the island or something?
