i added slavery on my own, i was laughing at the gang thing you wrote!
i thought slavery was illegil in Morrowind?

No it is legal, only provence in Tamriel where slavery is legal due to the terms of the Armistace. Only Telvanni and Dres use it though I think. That's why you can find slave plantations in TES3

Actually, some time shortly after the events on Dagoth Ur (I will never call it Red Mountain), Helseth managed to secure his political position enough to ban slavery from Morrowind. There is probably still an illegal slave trade, though. Especially with the most reclusive Telvanni

Although that doesn't mean there wouldn't be an illegal practice of slavery. Perfect for gangs.

I believe Senchal is infamous for its undergroud slavery operations. Get too high on skooma, wake up in the hold of a slave galley...

exactly. I've been working on a gang rp, i think i will start it next month after the forums have (hopefully) picked up a little.

It would be a case of thieves guild vs Cammona tong, both would be battling each other while paying tributes under the table to House Hlaalu, who would be the puppet masters of the war due to the profit wrought from it, I may introduce another group as long as its true to lore.
