I got a few mods and with deadly reflex I got an odd spell in my inventory Combustive Convulsion, or something like that.
Wondering what it was, I pointed it at a guard and let fly. Seconds later he was in pieces, I had no bounty and none of the other guards seemed to care, so I carefully pocketed the 600 experience points I got for killing him (using Oblivion XP) and went on my merry way.

Now he's respawned (and duplicated) and attacks me on almost every visit to the market district. But it treats it as if I've assaulted someone, he'll yell out "Assault! Assault!" And run to attack me and all the other guards go too, and I gain infamy when civilians see me running from my aggressors.

I've also got reneers guard overhaul mod, so can anyone please help? I have no idea what on earth is going on. Is there a way to despawn him forever using the console commands? Is there a way to at least give him back his equipment, because him and his clone just walk around naked now.

They won't accept my yielding either.
