The 3DS is supposed to rival the original XBOX in power, and Nintendo has said that the 3D is not necessary, and that ups the power up tremendously.
First TES for nintendo, TES 3DS!

I agree, if Bethesda wants to break into either the Nintendo or general handheld markets, this would be the thing to do it on. Personally I'd like to see a remake of Redguard with the menus and options on the touch screen.

Fund it.

Zenimax has plenty of money, they don't need a broke-ass college student to fund their games. Although I would fund them by purchasing TES related merchandise, like games or *cough* books.

I'll be happy to eat crow on this if I am wrong. Don't count on the 3ds to be any kind of graphical powerhouse.

The idea of TES coming to a device like that is kinda funny (though I want very much), it'd have to be so gimped it'd be a shell of what the series is all about, and besides when is N up on having this type of content on their systems? Not to bash Nintendo (obligatory comments on lifetime N support), but it's just not going to happen.

I would LOVE to see something come to the PSP2, Fallout or TES - I could care less.

So how's that crow taste? :D

And, yes, The Elder Scrolls on the 3DS should definitely happen. As much as I like Japanese RPGs, I would love to see some of Bethesda's grand adventuring mojo in glasses-free 3D.

I played the demo for that... eh... Mazes of Fate or whatever it's called for the DS, and ever since I've wanted a TES for DS, or now, 3DS.
It doesn't have to be huge to be a TES game. Make it centered around one city, and a modest chunk of land to be explored TES style
outside the walls, with various smaller villages, caves, forts etc.
And personally, I would very much prefer a brand new entry in the series, rather than a remake or port.
