Installed Artifacts without Armamentarium with FCOM

I completely installed FCOM with no problems and it runs smoothly, but I realized I installed the Artifacts mod that works with Armamentarium, but I did not install Armamentarium itself.

So I put Armamentarium on without overwriting anything and it has a spell to cast to view the stuff added and it crashed my game.

I was worried about breaking my game further so I'm coming here before doing anything else.

What should I do to get my game back to normal, and will it be possible to put Armamentarium in my game?

My guess is that it crashed because of overload - there's an insane amount of items. Should be no problem adding Armamentarium after Artifacts.

That's the other thing, I couldn't seem to add them to the Bash patch.

It's been awhile since I played but all you do is click on the box in Wrye Bash and it changes from a check to a plus, right? I can't get it to do that.

No, those are the ones from the base mod(s), ArmamentariumKatanas.esp adds all Katanas to one vendor etc. See http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18417 for a proposed load order with OOO/FCOM.

That's the other thing, I couldn't seem to add them to the Bash patch.

In this case, check Merge Patches in the Bashed Patch, also check the particular mod(s) in that section, rebuild the Bashed Patch. If merged you get a + sign for that mods in the mod list.
