As has been said, Todd Howard said in the podcast that all the races would look good and unique, but right now, due to the lack of clear views of other races, there isn't really much actual graphical evidence to back this claim. I mean, I'm pretty sure there's at least one elf in the trailer, but it's not a closeup view and since the video moves so quickly, you'd have to pause it or take a screenshot to properly see the character in question. Still, it does sound like Bethesda is putting work into enhancing the appearances of individual races and giving them more identity, so hopefully this means that Khajiit and Argonians won't dissappoint, and of all the races, these are the ones whose appearances I'm most concerned with, primarily because they're the races I prefer, I also think it would be easier to mess them up than the other races, though. Especially the humans. Since they're so different from real humans, if any aspect of them is poorly done, it's going to really stand out, just look at how much people complain about their animations in Morrowind, even though all the character animations are poorly done. My theory is that it's because the animations for Khajiit and Argonians tended to stand out more because they were unusual.
From that one picture of Argonian concept art though, I suspect they'll be more human looking than Morrowind, but somewhat less so than Oblivion, which I guess is nice, though what I'd really like is for them to more or less be like Morrowind, just with all the graphical improvements one would expect from Skyrim, of course.
