Hey all I've been playing Oblivion since January and have been downloading mods every so often. Right now I'm looking for just a couple in particular. One mod that I can't seem to find to my liking is any good armor mods for a heavy tanker, but nothing divine nor evil. I'm looking for a heavy plate looking armor in grayish or more common style like the imperial legion armor itself almost, but more powerful and larger. I've been searching tesnexus for something of the sort but couldn't really find anything. Also I was wondering if there are any really good city mods or somethin that will give me a shot at exploring and interacting with an interesting new city or something. I've downloaded ImpREAL City mod, it's great but I'm looking for something of maybe a more extreme revamp or what not. Also I've tried OOO but I don't think my PC is up for running that mod, I'm waiting until I buy a new PC to start downloading visual enhancements and overhauls.

Have you tried out Better Cities? That overhauls every city to be more interesting and beautiful. But it may require a faster PC, depending on your list of mods...

while we are on the subject of plain armor, does anyone know of some good english/french style platemail? im getting kind of sick of spikes and irregular angles, i like my armor to be smooth and rounded =D

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5022 is a great new city. Has everything you would expect in a city in Cyrodiil, plus quite a few quests, a new island, new enemies... you get the idea!

There are many more of this variety, plus many hybrid home/castle/village mods, but these are a great start!

You could try out Bartholm. It adds a whole new community to the game with several quests, and even includes voice acting. I haven't tried it myself but I hear it's pretty good.

For something more exotic try Damarask which adds a Dremora city with som interesting characters and nice quests.

Sorry to disappoint but Knightly Armory is compatible with Better Cities because we made a patch for it.
