I am sorry to add a topic like this but I am trying to find a way other than copy and pasting to download everything the wiki has on modding is there a way to do so or am I just wishing for something that will never happen?

You could try a "Web Crawler" (Wikipedia Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_crawler) I don't know of an ypersonally, or if they do what Wikipedia suggests effectively, but it sounds like something that might help... But would the Wiki be too big?

even if it is too big I am sure they could break it down into separate downloads...for instance each section could be put into an acrobat file and then compiled into a zip file for compression. It svcks for someone like me who has to use other peoples computers to access the wiki because I have no internet. I love to mod but it is hard to figure out certain things without a bit of help. I know that some wiki articles can be downloaded as an adobe acrobat file and that is why I am confused as to why it hasn't been done for such an active archive.
