Quest Rewards

One thing that bugged me in Oblivion was the unique quest rewards. If you did the quest at a low level, you'd be rewarded with the low-level version of the item, which will become obsolete and useless in a few levels. This often meant that you waited until lvl 30~ before setting off on quests for good rewards (Escutcheon of Chorrol, Chillrend, Duskfang/Dawnfang for example) which meant that since you couldn't quest, the whole game became a big grind.

What i'm suggesting is that any unique quest item rewards scaled with your level, similar to what you could do with the Knights of the Nine armour in Oblivion. This would be a great help, and I don't think it would be hard to implement.
What do you guys think?

I don't think that solves the problem. I think quest rewards should just be static, and their power based on the difficulty of the task given to you. If everything levels with you, you lose the excitement and drive to go cave diving to find new and better equipment. There's no reason to go out looking for better gear when the stuff you have just gets better with you, IMO

I'd prefer a hard quest for good items approach, you get what you earn and there's no scaling.
