I have just finished a (non interior) IC Market District overhaul

This mod overhauls the Imperial City Market District.

Features:

- Adds new patrolling guards
- Adds new NPC's
- Adds new Armour
- Adds new weapons
- This mod will also make it more of a (!!IC!!)market.

Oblivion Patch v1.2.0416

Oblivion Shivering Isles

Oblivion Mod Manager and/or Wrye Bash

Installation:

Throw all of the files in the Data folder and overwrite when prompted.

Conflicts:

Everything that changes the Market district(non interior)

the purple streets and rooftops are because of a not good OMOD, i removed it.
