I found reneers a bit buggy I cannot find the ring control
are there any that do or work well with FCOM?

It is amazing how much that "d" threw me off... Anyway, if the ring is not appearing in the miscellaneous section of your inventory, do a clean save of Reneer's mod. Do clean save and update if you do not have the latest version.

It is no longer necessary. Read the mod's ReadMe or something. You can certainly find that information on the TESNexus page, not to mention, the title of the current official thread here...

If I rebuild my patch do I have to recheck all the merged or imported plugins or simply leave it be

If you mean in the Mods tab and import-only, those should always be deactivated.

What I meant to say was, in the Mods tab, all Bash-merged and import-only plugins should always be deactivated.
