I don't know anything about modding but would using the original mod and just over writing with the other esp that moves the museum to the arboretum fix it?

I guess so. You would still need the resources from the original.

Yeah, you definitely need all the resources from the original! ^_^ you can't just put in esp's! :P Hope that fixes your problem! :foodndrink:
