Hunting and fishing

Post » Sun May 29, 2011 12:34 am

If in Skyrim theres all this new craftng systems like cooking, woodchopping and smithing, will hunting play a bigger role?like hunting an elk taking its hide, meat and horns and selling them or usng traps like snares or bear traps.i would find this very interesting with all the other crafting systems. Also i would love fishing.Ever since Fable 1 i've missed fishing in gmes.I wonder if syrim, being a coastal country will have it?

I really hope so. It's the little things like that that made me like (can't believe I'm comparing Skyrim to this but...) RuneScape.

:o :bolt:

I really hope so. Also I think it would be awesome if in a "hardcoe" mode perhaps you HAD to hunt and fish to stay alive.

Umm.. king Hlaalu.. The door is that way ----->

Anyways, YES YES YES YES! EPIC YES! I want to hunt birds! And I want to get more from them than just feathers, like claws etc. Other huntable, non-hostile creatures should also drop much more than simply mear or pelt, always both and more than that too. Fishing would be cool, I could just relax by fishing from a boat :) Hmm, why should I do it in a video game, I should do it in real life :P

Yeah, if hunting played a bigger role, that would be so awesome.

Oh I really hope they have fishing, for some reason I absolutely love fishing in video games. Maybe it's the lack of mosquitoes...

Yes please! :D It would be great if you could do something with the hides this time round - get me some warm fur clothing commissioned (or make it myself? Who knows).

Or maybe having warm fur is necessary when you go high up in the cold mountains, or something

Definitely - even if it's just in a hardcoe/survival mode.
