Im sure this feature will be in the game, but is there any confirmation that you will be able to pick up and move all of the items like in oblivion and fallout 3/new vegas?

No, there is no confirmation. They have in fact not specifically stated that you'll be able to pick up and move items like you could in the last 3 Bethesda games and the Obsidian game released by Bethesda.

Of course they probably haven't specifically mentioned it because it hasn't changed in any way and it will be in just as surely as swords...
