I have a fairly large mod list with all the usual mods.

Some mod script is changing the iTrainingSkills gamesetting and I haven't found the culprit yet.
I've deactivated the mods, Realistic Leveling and Progress, both with ini's that have the gamesetting in it for testing as well as setting the ini to 20.
I have the Bashed Patch tweak set to 20.
But I can only train 6 times. Not the default of 5, but 6.
TES4Edit shows only the Bashed Patched with the formid for itrainingskills, so it must be changed by a script.

Is there any way to determine which one? (I don't think so, but I'm asking anyway).

Here is my current load order - maybe someone will know which mod is changing it.
Yeah, I know I can change it manually via the console, but that's not the point.

Well the culprits are yuda and the skill level max enhancers.

That is what I'd try deactivating and rebashing without.

I've used InfoRapid Search before - kinda a learning curve to it. Took a few tries to get meaningful search results.

That is very easy when you know the right esp/esm file. Just open the file in any standard text editor (even Notepad works), and make a normal text search there. The scripts are stored as normal text, and all scripts start with ScriptName (or scn) .

Thanks for the tip. But when I posted previously, I didn't realize that S&R showed where the search term is. In this case, it show the actual script. So opening the CS and commenting out the offending lnes was done in a matter of minutes.
