It's september 1st in Australia.....

Anyway, I've only just started playing D-Fall and am addicted. Not quite as good as TESIV, because its a lot harder, but it is certainly exciting and full of great gameplay mechanics.

The other day I reached Daggerfall after sundown. ghosts were on the prowl outside and the door were shut. So I climbed over the wall to the inn. Great stuff! :)

Combat is refreshing, guilds are indepth, the cities are *massive*, there is horse combat, heaps of regions and factions, people, kings, queens, inns, stores..... :ahhh:

Happy birthday Daggerfall! One of the greatest RPGs of all time. This marks a special time - when Bethesda first became the company we know and love today. When they first began to dream, to be ambitious, to work tirelessly to produce a world so overwhelmingly free and believable that players could lose themselves for hours on end. So a big happy birthday to Daggerfall for stealing what must be hundreds if not thousands of hours from our lives and remaining a golden standard for gaming to this day. :celebration:
