It's some weird mod that's not very well done. I don't think it's very recommended.

Full Description:

This is the LARGEST landmass\quest mod ever released for morrowind. The new continent is larger then MORROWIND AND BLOODMOON COMBINED!!! A staggering 2500 new cells of diverse land. Complete with new items, towns, quests, dungeons, treasures, and story.
From Hell to Heaven, Morrowland, is the largest released mod ever for morrowind. It took over 1 3\4 years to build, and was only built by my brother (berzerk) and myself (gamebro).

This is the first, and currently only released mod that is actually larger then morrowind topping at a whopping 2500+ new cells of land! From deserts, jungle, swamps, snow, forests, thick forests, grasslands, lava, hell, heaven, and even dream realm landscapes!

Over 30 new fantastic songs! A powerfull music script system dynamically controls the songs to play where they belong.

Over 20 massive interior quests, most of which can take hours to venture through. Crystal Caverns with thousands of lighted crystals, lava caves so hot you will feel the burn, Temples of the dark legioneers, A death castle with 10 sub levels, Ice caverns, Beast dens, you will even venture into the smelly, disgusting belly of a huge DOOM worm to slay it's vile heart!
Fantastic sights, of super exotic sceenery to be found both in and outdoors!

Powerfull new artifacts which enhance the gameplay-- Much like zelda you find powerfull items to let you jump higher, swim forever, walk on water, run faster, and even a powerfull crystal dagger that collects dark souls and grows into a massive 2 handed sword over time!!!

Hireable troops! From lowly bums, to holy crusaders, you are not alone in your dangerous journy across morrowland. The more open style terrian means they do not get stuck as they would in morroWind.

About 100 hours of adventure to be had on morrowland! There is just so much to do, and soo much to kill, that I doubt anyone could see it all in less time!

How it plays?

You can either start a new game, or play with your existing character- go to seyda need and enter the census office door like you do in a new game. Apon exitiing the correct door, you will be captured by the imperial guards, and sold as a PIRATE SLAVE to a sea worthy captian!
Then you will partake in crazy pirate quests ranging from- Swab me poop deck, to- Smuggle me drugs arrrr!
Just as you get used to your new pirate lifestyle, a terrible accident causes a shipwreck!
You bail and swim to a nearby island, that turns out to actually be a huge continent.... Welcome to Morrowland!

We took a lot of time out of our lives to build this massive beast, so I certainly hope you people will at least try it. For there never has been a mod like this for morrowind before, and there probably never will be another like it again.

(this mod is playable with or without the expansions, but if you play without the expansions, you will be missing some sceenery ect)

enjoy!---- gamebro.

Why don't you just back up your crap and check it out yourself? Or better yet, just unzip it and see what the Readme says.

Also, if 20 websites all say the same thing about "Morrowland", then it's probably not much more than just a landmass mod.

Contact a Moderator to close the thread. From what I heard, morrowland had a lot of problems too.

I think you might want to read http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?s=&showtopic=852084&view=findpost&p=12422679 post. With a lot of screenshots and I think even a short video.

Btw: The author concludes:
[...] The only real thing this mod has going for it is camp value. By fixing the numerous typos, logical errors, physical errors, and the host of other problems you likely will take this mod from being hilariously bad, to simply just bad. If this is the kind of mod you want, you would be better off starting over. (unless you think you can somehow INCREASE the camp value of this mod, which is also unlikely because camp value generally must come by accident.)

So I stumbled across a mod called Morrowland.

But I can't find any REAL info about it's quality etc...

Could someone tell me some interesting things about it, like: what new features brings it to the game?

So NOT the crap about: Yeah, it's the largest new landmass ever released for morrowind... -I F*CKING KNOW THAT, YOU SON OF A B*TCH!!! The first site Google came up with said exactly the same thing, just like the other twenty websites I found!!! :brokencomputer:

So please give me some real info, cause it would be a lot to download for a mod that might be one that's not even worth playing.

Well let me give you the real lowdown. You would be well advised to never post a I need help post like this. You may just find out that people do know how to report this total lack of respect for anyone that you just displayed.
