My first character on both Morrowind and Oblivion was a male Altmer, magic specialized, with the Atronach birthsign. Enchant a few items with absorb magicka and that High Elf weakness to magicka becomes obsolete.

Morrowind was always Altmer female, mastering everything she can.
Oblivion essentially didn't matter with races. I experimented, and settled on Altmer or Nords. Yay.

I feel as though Dunmer possess that strange, foreign quality that is akin to the very texture and landscape of their homeland. It attracts me in many ways. Also the diversity of the Dunmer makes them great for a mixture between all three qualities.

That's so true about the Dunmer from Morrowind. Their harsh bone structure, cold eyes, tribal tattoos, and coarse voices really felt like they belonged in Vvardenfell. But when Oblivion came around... it just seemed like all of these unique characteristics had been thrown out the window. Suddenly the Dunmer were pretty boring. And the male Dunmer had the most annoying voices!

While I have no problems playing characters of any race, class, or gender, I have leaned towards magic/stealth and Altmer or Bretons in the games I have played the longest.

I think Argonians are AWESOME. But they're actually really unskilled at almost everything. That's why I use the console to give him 1000 health and magicka.

According to this, male characters are played a lot more. Then why is there so much more female specific armor than male?

I'm a male who plays as a Female Aquamer that specializes in magic. The only races I dislike are the Argonians, Kajiit, and Orc (as far as vanilla races anyway).

I'm male, and I play as Dunmer/Argonian most of the time. Male with Beast races, female otherwise. I've tried all three class types and enjoy playing as a Warrior-Mage the most, though sneaky characters are loads of fun!

Race~ Argonian
Skills~ Combat/stealth/magic

I'm male and I play both

That is just my usual mode of play but I do play pretty much everything there is to play, even if it is just once to see what its like.

I like to use Dunmer Bosmer and Kajitti. I am a male that plays as both male and female characters. I like the combo of stealth and combat but mostly combat. I always make my custom class called Bad Ass and it has all the stealth aspects with the exception of me giving up light armor for a sword since light armor in my major skills is a little pointless imo since you can level it up easily.

Yeah, you're right about that, but I try not to let the limitations of the fourth game ruin the quality and standards lived up to by the former game. However, skills and attributes are not affected by this inconvenience.

You left out Altmer.....so I picked Falmer which I assume you meant.....

Falmer are actually a race of "Snow Elves" they've never been a playable race, so you're probably right and it was a mistake, I just like to flaunt my random TES knowledge, I think that the Snow Prince was a Falmer....

I typically play a male Khajiit in OB (surprise) who relies heavily on magical stealth combat :)

That was my first character I ever made. A Khajiit summoner. He could jump up to some high ledge above the enemy and summon Storm Atronachs over the edge.

My first character was a Male Imperial, who ended up being a combat orientated soldier type.
Roaming the country sides and forests and killing everything.

My other character was a male Khajiit, who relied on stealth and his archery skills to kill bandits and creatures.
Which was alot of fun after I was part-way through the Dark-Brotherhood quests.
Was quite a dark character, but i enjoyed it heaps.

My favorite race are the Argonians, though I don't always play as them. I play as both males and females. I tend to specialize in either magic or stealth.

well in arena I play a a male Altmer mage, in Daggerfall I play a male redguard Spellsword, in morrowind I play a breton female custom class that sort of balances between all three skill areas, and in Oblivion I play a male Dunmer custom class which concentrates on destructive magic restorative magic and combat skills.

My first character was a white redguard with red hair. I had rushed through the character creation, and bitterly regretted it until I found the console, and turned him into an imperial. My other character is a young High Elf.
