How Long Did It Take?

How long did it take to make the trailer? If we find out then maybe we would have a good idea when to expect another at the very least.

Wild guess, 1 month 13 days 22 hours 5 minutes and 36 seconds.

I could be wrong of course, but when it comes to guessing, I'm a real pro.

Probably impossible to figure out. A person with the technology that they can afford would be able to make that video in a few hours, a day or two at most. But I doubt they whipped it up a day before it was released.

Let's put it this way, if I have access to gameplay, I could make a trailer in under 24 hours. Video packages are not hard to make.

I doubt we'll be getting that much more information, especially not before E3. Just sit back and wait. Don't get greedy or you'll spoil the game for yourself.

Considering that the trailer has scenes covering most of the screenshots in Game Informer, I'm guessing that the raw footage could've been recorded as far back as perhaps November. The actual editing couldnt've taken long: they probably had the trailer ready for at least a month's advance.

Probably 1 month, 11 days, 11 hours, 11 minutes, 11seconds. With all the conspiracy around 11 already, there were further mentions of the number 11 in the latest Bethesda Podcast (probably by Pete Hines, forgot about what though) so it has to be Bethesda's lucky charm. Or magic rune.

Yes and that is why I'm wondering how long it took. That way we will have an idea when at the very least to expect one. Say it took two months. Then we know not to expect one until at least May.

What's the conspiracy? Also, has anyone noticed that Uncharted 3's release date is 11.1.11? These 1's sure are popular this year.

both were at the VGAs weren't they? If I recall, Skyrim was announced first, but they were in a half hour of each other.

I don't know, but Bethesda's got something with 11. Even the Gameinformer cover reveal was at 11am, while thread 11 of the official thread discussing it was up.
