A research question

Greetings my fellow gamers. I come to you with a great need of help for a 20 page research paper which is due.... tomorrow! So, due to the fact I am comfortable with, and trust all of you, I would like to research... well you all. Here is my question, which I felt necessary to ask here rather than general discussion because I want responses from Elder Scrolls players in particular. Anywho, so here we go.

Please answer the following questions (with as much detail as you like, though short answers are fine).

Your age:
Your gender:
How long you have played Elder Scrolls:
Do you play any other types of Role Playing Games? (ie pen and paper like D&D, table top war games, text based RPGs, Live Action Role Play)
How were you introduced to Role playing?
Why do you prefer RPG's over other genre's of games? (if you don't please also explain)
Do you see Role Playing as an escape, or do you play out your dream life?
If you could leave this life in favor of your favorite RPG world (any ie Elder Scrolls, Forgotten Realms, Star Wars, whatever :) ) would you?

I thank you all in advance and I look forward to your responses. And to be fair, I will share my own answers to these questions, just to kick it off. :D

Your age: 23
Your gender: Female
How long you have played Elder Scrolls: Nine to ten years
Do you play any other types of Role Playing Games? (ie pen and paper like D&D, table top war games, text based RPGs, Live Action Role Play) I play D&D, Warhammer, Forgotten realms, Star Wars, other Computer and Console video game RPGs, MMO's like Warhammer online and WOW, Warhammer 40k, etc.
How were you introduced to Role playing? I have always liked to create my own worlds and characters, but when I was about nine years old I was introduced to a little thing called Dungeons and Dragons. I have been hooked ever since. :)
Why do you prefer RPG's over other genre's of games? (if you don't please also explain) I see RPG's as a fantastic creative outlet, and like the freedom they often offer to the player. Most other genre's are incredibly limiting in terms of story, customization and character.
Do you see Role Playing as an escape, or do you play out your dream life? I see them as a way of doing both. I like to assume the role of the character I have created and just lose myself in the world, whatever that may be. I can do this with Elder Scrolls, just as easily as I can with Star Wars; I love to imagine the world is real, and these are adventures I could be having.
If you could leave this life in favor of your favorite RPG world (any ie Elder Scrolls, Forgotten Realms, Star Wars, whatever :) ) would you? Absolutely, if I found a door to Tamriel right now, I would gather my friends and go forth without a second thought.

Now your turn. ;)
