I guess this is a question that only bethesda can answer, however judging by the textures I would say the trailer is from the 360 version as the textures, in my opinion, look compressed. its not to say that the 360 version will look any way inferior to the PS3 version (which has more space for textures on the disc)

Yeah, it's on the Xbox. I think there were a couple of tweets which confirmed this. Don't have a link though.
