Should there be skooma and more/other drugs? If so should you get addicted if you abuse them?

I liked the addiction thing in Fallout 3, but the effects of it should be more dire in Skyrim, and the process of being cured should be more rigorous

I'd like Skooma to be there, sure. I liked the way it acted in Oblivion by permanently lowering an attribute (until divine intervention or potions cured you). I wonder if that Leyawiin Khajit mage finally found the cure to Skooma addiction...?

I want drugs, I don't care what the effects are.

I live playing ultra powerful mages that look thrashy and have no money. Who waste their potential by spending every waking hour in the pursuit of getting that next high.

I'm all for tripping (chasing the pink dragon lol) and running the risk of getting addicted when overusing.

That would be cool to have some sort of follow up on that--good idea!
