NPCs and Races

Which NPCs come to mind when you think of each of the 10 playable races? What characters left such an impression on you that they've helped define what you think of when you think of a Tamrielic race?

Here are mine:

Altmer: Umbacano (OB), Mankar Camoran (OB), Carahil (OB)
Argonian: Hul (MW), Im-Kilaya (MW), Tar-Meena (OB)
Bosmer: Glarthir (OB), Maglir (OB)
Breton: I'm going to be honest. I'm drawing a blank. I always confuse Bretons with Imperials, both in MW and OB. The only thing that comes to mind is the headband, because only Bretons had them in OB. The only one that comes to mind is Vicente Valtieri. Oh! Wait! And Jauffre! How did I forget him? :P
Dunmer: Jiub (MW), the Mouths of House Telvanni (MW), Ordinators (MW)
Imperial: Uriel Septim VII (OB), Imperial Guards (OB), Jonus Maximus (MW)
Khajiit: Ra'Virr (MW), Jobasha (MW), J'ffer (Redguard)
Nord: Olav (OB), Tharsten Heartfang and the Skaal (MW)
Orc: Shagram gro-Shagdulg (MW), Agronak gro-Malog/The Gray Prince (OB), Kurdan gro-Dragol (OB)
Redguard: Cyrus (Redguard), Owyn (OB), Tamika (OB)

An interesting thing to think about and I think I have some interesting results. It's pretty cool that a lot of the NPCs that stand out as representatives of their race are something seemingly unremarkable. I'll also explain any in detail as to why they come to mind if anyone is curious. But now it's your turn! Who do you think about when each race is mentioned?

Jiub has clearly affected many.

I'm surprised Cyrus isn't on anyone else's list for Redguards. He's like the definitive Redguard for me, but I suppose not many have played TESA: Redguard, and so probably don't know of him otherwise.

It's true in my case. I've never played Redguard and had to look the name Cyrus up to even know who he is.

Jiub affected me because I've started so many characters over the years (I love making new characters) that I've probably spent more hours in his company than any other Dunmer in either Morrowind or Oblivion, lol.

By the way, I had a hard time coming up with a Breton NPC name too. Most of the NPCs I've been assuming were Bretons all these years turned out to be Imperials or Nords when I looked them up. :blush2:

Argonian: An Argonian slave in a cave full of people(probably bandits) near seyda neen that the seyda neen people wanted killed. Imperial: The first Imperial who greets you and directs you towards the census and excise office in seyda neen after he tries to find out what race you wanna be. Redguard: The shrine sergeant in the Imperial Cult shrine in Ebonheart. Nord: The Nord running and facing the dragon in the trailer for elder scrolls 5 because it was one of the best video game trailers I've ever seen and he's the picture on the forum if he's a Nord at all. If he's not a Nord, then I'd have to say the Nord woman in the prison boat of which you first get off in the Morrowind video game and I guess she was really impatient with the player according to what she was saying all the time saying she was waiting and all. Dunmer: I guess Jiub you first introduce yourself to in the Morrowind video game or the dark elf I play as in Morrowind. Bosmer: I guess Fargoth or the one elf I always played as when I first played Morrowind. Altmer: I think I'd have to give this one to Mossanon or at least I think that was his name in the Telvanni town of Sadrith Mora. Breton: For bretons, I'd obviously have to give this one to Mr. Ergalla in the Census and Excise office of Seyda Neen.
