Whenever I use OBMM I have to run it as an administrator, even though I've full admin privileges on my account.

Not a huge problem, but I can't use OMOD ready mods because it thinks I'm a limited user.

Running Windows 7 64.

if your installed in C:\Program Files(x86) try reinstalling to another location like C:\Games, that should help out.
