Landscape tectures

The title pretty much says it, but...

When you use the landscape editor and you are using several textures in a relatively small area, is there any way to identify the texture other than eyeballing It? If you have a long list of textures, that can be a pain...

You just have to remember them.
What you can do is take a screenshot of what each texture looks like, then make a folder with all the screenshots named to correspond with the texture's name. Use that as a visual reference to make sure you're selecting the right one.
Unfortunately, I don't believe anyone has made an online reference for them yet, so you just gotta do it yourself.

Not exactly what I was hoping for, but that's a good idea anyway. Thanks!

There is this, http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8290

I remember someone doing a CS utility which enhanced the texture preview window, but for the life of can't find anything about it now.

Well, that'll save a lot of work making the reference. You know I'd been using the CS for maybe a year or two before it dawned on me that the landscape editor thumbnail thought it was showing something about the texture named beneath it...

Thanks!
