I'm trying to change out from Realistic Fatigue to SM Encumbrance and Fatigue (as Realistic Fatigue is giving a few issues) but when I load it up I'm always one point over my limit no matter how much items I drop, I tried the default ini and the ''realistic'' one that came in the templates folder but getting the same thing...some help please?

Go to the bottom of the ini file and look for this line:

set realisticENC.sWeightOffset

Just adjust the value there until get it within your limit. There's a description there that explains what that setting does.
