A cell that doesn't conflict?

I delved into the forum depths, but couldn't find the info I'm looking for; sorry if this is a repeat or anything. Basically, I'm trying to make a village for my character to lord over; farm based. I know it's been done before, but I always found the interiors lacking. Those are done, I just need to make NPCs and the exterior cell. I'd like to place it somewhat near a road -- even one made from another mod -- and in a cell that doesn't conflict with other popular mods. The thing is, I don't use all that many mods in my game, so I don't know in which cell I should place it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. =D

Well, I wouldn't advise building in a cell that is modified by one of the very popular UL mods. Here is a nice map of them: http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u187/K4tana/Untitled.jpg

(The bit circled in red is not a UL, it is the area that my WIP mod is modifying, but hopefully you won't want to build there either, since there are no roads there. :P)
