What platform are you getting Skyrim on?

Gotta go with the last one on the list. Would get it for PC if I could. Tell I have one that can handle today's games I'll have to stick with 360. But once I get a good comp I'll definitely be trading in for the PC version.

If I get a decent gaming rig before 11-11-11, then PC. If otherwise, then 360.

Well, my point was that it's not an opinion, it's untrue. A midrange card from the past few years will likely run every game on max, a high end card from 6 years ago is only just starting to be the minimum required for very high end games, and plays the vast majority of games on high settings. If what you had said was an opinion, that'd be fine - but it's not, it's an objectively false statement.

Very true, the problem is that many is buying marginal systems to save money but a budget pc has a much higher lifetime cost than a mid range one.
Yes the other end is also true a 5.000$ computer can be bought for 2-3.000 a half year later.

PC and here is why... the mods made me play oblivion again as if it was a new game. I love my 360 but for this game I will be building a new computer, connecting it to my new flat screen tv, and play it on my couch with my wireless keyboard and mouse...and yes, there is one caviat...I'm hoping that my business will be doing better in several month so that I can buy a new system and TV. Otherwise, I will play it on my current PC...which I use it for work.
