How can you get screenshots without the HUD? : III

I like the idea of making some of my own wallpapers using printscreen shots from the game...

Is this even possible :blink:

Type "TM" without the quotes in the console. You can access command console by pushing ~ button on your keyboard. (over TAB, next to 1)

Don't forget you can also toggle your crosshair on/off in the option menu. (or with a macro using MGE)

I now know this is the toggle menu command and that it also turns the console screen off!

But to turn the menus back on again, [after: Opening console --> Typing "TM" --> Closing (the now invisible) console] I hit the console button twice. This however doesnt turn on the small icons in the corners. So I right click twice to turn these back on.

Is there something I am missing or is this a quirk in the game?

(I realise you may have to re-read this post several times to make sense of it!) Again, any help would be appreciated.
