Hi Guys,

I Just reinstalled Morrowind on my computer and to my enjoyment, it worked (Vista). But whenever I try alchemy, it says "Type In Your Name", or something, when I click the "create potion" button. It even says that when I did enter a custom name. Can somebody help me?

I suppose this means the ingredients you put in will not combine to make a potion
try a different combination and look for question marks in the right column.

Not very likely, I added Mud Crab Meat and Hackle-Lo leaves, and those are restore fatigue by first effect.

are you using any mods?
it works fine on my vista, so it's probably not that.

No mods, just the master file.

I reloaded and alchemy works fine now, still strange.

This can be locked up.

It is a known (intermittent) bug. There has been no real solution found for it, several have been suggested, one of them was reloading, but no definitive answer.

As it is now working for you I will close this as requested.
