Morrowind problems : III

when i start a new game i get this error everytime

Sound file not found: data files\sound\Fx\envrn\boat_waves.wav

anyone else got this or know how to fix it?

First thing to try is a re-install of the game.
Make sure the disc is clean and all other programs are closed, and you should even turn off your Anti-Virus program. (turn it back on after installing)

[censored], well i just reinstalled and when i click play, it wont start -.- just a black screen appears then it gets maximized then it shuts off -.-

When it does this, is there a warnings.txt file with some messages in it?

What are your (rough) system specs? What version are you using?
