My perspective

There should be plain staves available.
Soul gems shouldn't hold lesser than the maximum.
There should be crosshairs in third person view.
Damage ratio should vary on the vital parts of the body!
Cam should follow the character exactly in third person view. (The character turns before the game camera, and I find it to be quite annoying)

1) There are mods that handle that
2) Agreed
3) Fallout 3 does that, I hope to see it in the next Elder Scrolls game
4) See 3
5) What do you mean?

  • Mods for that exist.
  • Probably impossible to do this well, but I can imagine a hackish kind of way to attempt this.
  • Mods for that exist.
  • Mods for that exist (IIRC).
  • What on earth do you mean?
