Tribunal installation problem

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 2:33 pm

Windows XP. Bloodmoon not installed. GOTY edition. Plenty of hard drive space. Morrowind works fine.

Tribunal installation process seems to be good, except when it asks me to register. If I say 'yes', it attempts to open the page 'http://www.elderscrolls.com/register/' and the page doesn't open (HTTP 404-file not found). After that, it acts as if I chose 'no' and pops up the 'InstallShield Wizard Complete. Setup has finished installing Tribunal on your computer' window, where I click 'Finish'.

But Tribunal is nowhere to be found. Not from the Start menu, not in the Programs folder (Morrowind is there, under Bethesda Softworks, but not Tribunal, and yes, that is the folder I chose to install it to), not even in the 'Add or Remove Programs' list. It's like I never installed it. And when I run the Tribunal cd again, it runs the installation wizard again exactly the same.

Any ideas? Could it just be the registration problem?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. No, I am not high.

You do not need to register. Fire up Morrowind launcher, go to "Data Files" and be sure that Tribunal.esm is checked. That's all, expansions for MW aren't separate programs, they integrate with the game.
