I hope so, but only a few. Maybe one cave with the last of the Falmer living there. I wouldn't want alot of them though, the whole boogey man thing would be ruined if they were a common enemy. Besides there's been no (credible) reports of Falmer in quite a while, they're almost certainly extinct or they became Rieklings.

i think snow elves are just rieklings or whatever they're called.

Even so it has been 200 years, plenty of time for a resurgence or a total extinction.

Here's hoping for their inclusion in the game. Would be good for the stuff of myth to return to life once again in the game

Rieklings sounds good...

Rumors says that Snow elves "evolved" into Rieklings.

The Falmer > Riekling is a theory. One I'm not all too convinced by.

Personally I want to find out more about the Falmer in Skyrim. I want to come across old ruins, rare locations, with some Falmer evidence in them. Ancient lore adventures would keep me going for a while.

That could be fun.

I absolutely WANT them in!! It was actually the first thing I thought of when I heard that Skyrim was the location for the next game. As if my name didn't already give that one away.

They could add something in later on as part of new DLC.

I would like to see them return as an entire civilization buried deep underground in the mountains. Maybe some remote mountain peak has a terrible reputation for killing anyone who ventures there. That peak being the only entry point to a vast underground network, where the falmer still reside. If not... I will probably be modding this into the game either way
