I like the bit about hiding while your enemy bleeds to death. I hope they can make that realistic enough.

Look like they grabbed old info, the hide while enemies bleed to death sounds nice but would be hard without invisibility as the enemies usually discover you then you attacks.
The 80 spells is verified to be spell effects, 80 spells is far to few if you want spells with different strengths and targets.

There are 120 dungeons, with each one typically having its own feel. Far more traps and puzzles are featured in them too.

Cities in Skyrim will all be unique, shying away from the reusing of assets we popularly saw in Oblivion.

The race you pick in the beginning will only effect your baseline stats, as what you actually do in the world with your combat,
magic, and stealth will help shape your character instead.

The phrases are mapped to the right bumper/R1 and you'll learn one word at a time for each phrase.
Learning more words within the phrase will allow the spell to be either more powerful or longer.

Around 80 different spells will be featured in the game.
/\Those are the things I didn't know/\

There is actually 85 different spells.

Also another thing is the level system is 1-50; once you hit level 50 the rate at which you level will be dramatically reduced. You will level up quickly early on so your character gains perks because perks are really away of defining your character and the way to get power.

My source is the Australia January Gameinformer.

"The two handed mechanic Bethesda introduces in Skyrim for fighting will remind a ton of gamers of the BioShock series."

That's the only thing that's new to me. Could someone give me a link to a video where i can see this '2h combat' from BioShock please? I've never played a BioShock game before so i'm clueless and i can only seem to find magic/gun battles on youtube. (shame on me for never playing that game i know... :P)

Telekinesis will be an available spell, allowing those of you who are rather lazy the ability to pick up items or objects to launch at your enemies.

That "launch at your enemies" part sounds awesome

i think they were refering to the fact you can use plasmids and weapons at the same time, not wielding two-handed weapons

as we saw in the trailer - you can wield a staff and a sword and independently use them ;)

anyway good news to me, keeps the morale up!

To quote me or anyone else, you can press the reply baloon in the lower right corner of the person's comment ;)

To help you with the part in the video where the staff/sword wield is - you can pause it at 1:35 nevermind, you already found it out ;)

They've said there's dynamic trees, yes. Trees with different weighted branches, etc.

I didn't know the Dragon-Shout was going to be R1, I guess I can start mentally preparing for that. I too liked the 'letting your enemies bleed to death' idea. Especially if that would work with an archer (ie, hit 'em in the chest, and they run around looking for you while slowly losing strength and becoming resigned to their fate- wouldn't it be cool if there was a 'heal others' option and they would perhaps beg for their life in exchange for the location of the dungeon's treasure and stuff). Regardless, new ways for people to die is always a plus!

I read elsewhere it's R3 (which seems to be more comfortable imo, R1 would typically be for something like combat as it's a direct control, whereas R3 is more of a secondary control so should go to something you'll do less often...). So this info could be a bit off. I cant link to where exactly I read it, but it was in one of the magazines.
