Hi guys, i've been reading the Intercept a couple of times lately and there is something i dont understand and was hoping you'd help me out.

I cant understand the header of the letters:

"By secret glyph: dreamsleeve transmission
Dreamsleeve: urgent, security protocols granted
Security protocols: Sphinxmoth ancestor wraithbone wards"

Do the messages come from the Dreamsleeve? Isnt it the recycle bin for all souls?

Where the hell is Nu-Hatta? And how are the Council members communicating with each other and Nu-Hatta, is it through the dreamsleeve and some kind of telepatic link or are they in the council hall or whatever? Because last time i checked Fyr and Hasphat reside in Morrowind, and Ocato is in Cyrodill. Or are the letters distributed among the council members all over the empire and they correspond with each other that way? Unless, of course, they are summoned to Cyrodill for a Council session.

Also, what are the wraithbone wards? Kinda like a ghostfence?

They don't come from the Dreamsleeve, they're transmitted through the Dreamsleeve. Yes, it is a recycle bin for all souls, its like the mind/placenta of the world. All souls come from and go to there, and everybody shares that one singular mind (though most are unaware of this connection). Since everybody is essentially sharing the same mind, a Dreamsleeve transmission is when you exploit that connection to talk to somebody else by essentially talking to yourself.

Nu-Hatta is a person on the Elder Council, not a place, unless you mean where is he, in which case it isn't really stated. And yes, as I explained above it is like a telepathic link. Like mind-email.
