Updated my load order due to re-additions of mods I lost due to re-install days ago! So is my load order still right or do I need to move some stuff around to the proper, right order?

In the future, could you please post your load order with Wrye Bash. (Right-click on 'File', and choose 'List Mods'.) It conveys a bit more (very useful) information, and it is more compact...

As Tomlong75210 said. Looks fine though (as far as I know, not familiar with all mods, so don't know conflicts etc.)

I would suggest using the Bashed Patch tweak (as mentioned) instead of the quoted file though. It's in the "Tweak Assorted" section.

I vote using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch instead...

I'm sorry if I don't do it your way as I cannot even copy and paste straight from WryeBash like you want me to! I always copy and paste from BOSS, and if the list is too long, I'm sorry! Plus I cannot even find the "List Mods" feature on my copy of WryeBash, even though I did right click on "file", and I have the latest version of it, too!

go to the mod tab in wrye, right click where it says file, and then click list mods, paste it into a spoiler tab

edit: load order seems fine at the moment

It copies the list for you, the 'List Mods' function. You do not see 'List Mods' when you right-click on the tab labeled "File"?

It's even cleverer than that (Wrye Bash, that is) - the mod list will already have spoiler and code tags wrapped around it. :)

Simply copy it all, and paste it (as is) to whatever post you like.

If you have the latest version of Bash, it adds the spoiler tags for you. You should just use the command, and then paste here, no copying on your part involved...

01 nVidia Black Screen Fix.esp [Version 1.0.0] <-- Replace with the Unofficial Oblivion Patch

Official and Unofficial Patches - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=official_and_unofficial_patches <-- Install 3.2.0 and top it with 3.2.9 (which means install v3.2.9 after v3.2.0)

Your load order looks fine.

Edit: <-- Replace the "<" with "[" and the ">" with "]"

Okay, I didn't download UOP like you recommended! Maybe I'm not ready to download UOP yet!

It's a really important mod, as it fixes a whole lot of things wrong with the game (tens of thousands easy) - the thing you got right out of the box (even after the official patches.) And therefore should be one of the very first things you add to your game.
And that link (to that extremely useful site I might add) includes the supplemental as well, don't forget to get that as well. In fact get all of them as you also have Shivering Isles and at least one DLC.

I vote using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch instead...

Really? Instead? I admit I haven't read through a lot of what the Official patch does, and I use both UOP (etc.) and the Bash tweak, which finds such fixes in a number of loaded mods.

I am pretty sure I read that UOP 3.2.0 contains the nVidia fixes from the original NVIDIA fix plugin. DeathlessAphrodite uploaded some other related fixes that are not included in the patch, but I assume those changes are bit different from just changing fog value in certain cells. I have not looked inside those plugins in a while, as I know have an ATI card.

Okay Tomlong75210, I just downloaded the UOP (OMOD versions) (except the supplemental, which I still downloaded as well) and deactivated the NVidia Blackscreen fix! Now the thing is is the UOP going to affect any of the user made mods that I have that are listed above?
