Hello All,
Im at a telvani wizard tower in tel branora and the person i need to see is way up high and i dont have no levitate stuff.
So can someone tell me where i can get levitate stuff(potions and scroll tht dont go away when i buy them,or preferrably a spell so i can make a magic item.)

The nearest for spells would be Vivec, either the Telvanni Mage Fevyn Ralen in the Telvanni waistworks, or Salver Lleran in the same area.

If you just need to get up there for the moment there is a potion of Rising Force at the northern end of the lower tower on a bookshelf (next to open book).

Time to say you aren't ready for this quest just yet.
EDIT: I never use the Levitation spell although for some reason I always buy it. It uses too much Magicka (45 points) for the effect.
Most of the fine Alchemists (and a lot of the lesser ones) have potions of Rising Force. Get some.
Go to Tel Vos and use them to get to Aryon's chamber. Turedus Talanian one of Aryon's advisors, wil give you a fairly straightforward quest, Trade mission to the Zainab Ashlanders. (Hint: talk to both men and women about Trade Goods at the Zainab camp.The Zainabs are probably the friendliest Ashlanders.) Return to Taledus who will reward you with an Amulet of Levitation. He also gives you 100 gp but IMO the Amulet is priceless.
...And remember that you may have to gather resources before you can finish a quest

That's why you make a custom spell.
You can cast levitation 1pt for 30 seconds for about 5 magicka
