There has not been any official word that I know of but im sure there will be.

2. There more than likely will be. The real question is: "will it be worth it?" Honestly, the quality of limited/collector's editions have been significantly falling. All too often they just slap together a "Making of" DVD and maybe what can be called "what a game manual really should be". Please, make the Collector's Edition actually worth it, otherwise don't make it at all.
