I decided to turn light up in my game and take some screenies:

Physics is an important thing to consider when placing rubble, rocks, etc. Think about the weight of each object for example. A large, heavy boulder wouldn't just hit the ground there and stop on top of it. It'd probably crack the ground underneath it, sinking in a little, or even a lot in some cases. You should retexture the imperial rubble ring and imperial block to make velothi versions, then have them sticking out of piles of rock here and there, or just out from underneath a fallen boulder to simulate pieces of the floor/ceiling/wall breaking apart. And add lots of little, smaller rocks around the bigger ones, because when the larger pieces broke free from the solid rock, lots of smaller debris would've been dislodged as well.

Also, you can use the dwemer ash pile as dust/dirt piles and mix them in with the boulders as well, as there's probably a mixture of sand/silt above the rock layers, since there's a seabed above, and lots of sand would naturally fall through the cracks in the rock layer and spill out where large portions broke away.

Hmm... It's looking much better now, I'd also like to suggest, put maybe, two Ordinators down there, then if they see you they'll tell you to either let them lead you out (like getting arrested but without the "arrested" part). Or resist arrest. That will make it fun for theif characters to sneak around and avoid the guards, or fighter characters to have a good duel.
... or low level characters to realize that that is not the place for them to be.

Looking better there. One issue though, in the second screenshot, all of your rocks are 'floating', aka they're not touching the ground. You can see the gaps underneath them quite clearly.

That is the unexplored area, well, the entire place is unexplored. You are alone the second you enter (until we add more npcs!)

But we will dd some, hopefully new, high level monsters to prove that point.
And I am asking around Great House Fliggerty for someone to make some sheilds and weapons for the mod.

I simply cannot find dingosky. He has not been on for at least a week. And nobody tells me anything here, did I miss something?

This kinda reminds me of Saint's Row 2. The whole ruined city underneath the thriving one, but I like the idea and I doubt that it affected your decision to make this mod. Maybe putting some corprus monsters and homeless people down there would make it more atmospheric to a ruined city.

Homeless people wouldn't work since it's a sealed off city, not an open ruin (from what I understand).

Correct. I have added ghosts, mummies, and corprus monsters, as well as many other creatures.

I don't know, he hasn't posted on the forums since October 16th, and that's like 3 weeks.

Do you have Fallout 3? A lot of the places in it are pretty ruined, wrecked up and such, you should check it out.

I can make some rays of light for you, you could put them near the door or something.

Nevermind, just use http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7219&id=1091 for now, I don't know how to make any.

It's been ages... dingosky's gone... and I'm left without a single file of the mod. I'm either gonna have to find a new partner and start the mod over again, or find my flash drive and retrieve the mod, either way, I need a partner.
